There are those that disagree with me, but the Japanese bikes really suck on setup. The first thing is they all have **** poor clipon handlebars. Swap those babies out for some 'real' race ones that a nice and wide. Your wrists and kneedraggers will thank you the first time out. Every Japanese bike is tuned like crap from the factory, and at high-altitude its worse. You don't need a fancy intake or filter, just a good tune. A bike is much more enjoyable if the power band is nice and linear.
Don't scrimp on tires. BattleAxes are not made for "the street" just because they last super long. My favorites are all coming from Continental right now. I've really enjoyed the sport attack, but everybody has their opinion.
The last fun thing that's quite hard to setup is the suspension, especially the rear. Plan on something expensive as it'll affect your handling very dramatically. The fronts may look prettier, but the rear is where you can feel confident. Get a friend that can help you keep your bike up for when you set static ride height.
Enjoy!

Haha looks like you know a few things about bikes This one will be my first that I have owned not the first I have ridden tho I have been thinking about picking one up from the salvage auction I have seen the bikes go for pretty good deals. I have painted a lot of bikes and I don't have my own

Anybody have any friends at the dealer? I'm looking to get an old key removed from my immobilizer. The place I purchased the car(Evo ix) from said it only had one key.. But I'd like to make sure even if they did have the key it wouldn't be allowed to start the car. (now they have my address where the car is)

Any help would be great!!
Thanks
