My girlfriend just got a triple white '93 Cabrio classic (white ext, white top, white interior). It's actually a really fun car and looks like an MKI golf even though it's a 93. Oh yeah, has 70k miles I'll post pics once we're done cleaning/restoring it. Was a garage find that some old lady drove before she passed away and her daughter finally got around to selling it. Been sitting in the garage.

Speaking of her, she just got me an evo8 model car, she looked forever to get one in black to match my car...

You can't tell from the photos but it's even got brembo written on the calipers

I have more pics here if anyone cares (and other car stuff):

I have been looking into getting one of these turbos as well.

What did you like more about the BBK-Full over the HTA Green? My Power goal would be for the 450whp rang in a Daily setup anyhow I like Torque and might be doing a 2.3 since I have the pistons and rods now.

I want quick response and fast spool so thats why I am thinking HTA Green or the BBK-Full for my Power goals. I don't think I would want to go much more than 500whp ever since I would really start needing to replace Transmission parts with better, Axles, start doing bigger fuel upgrades etc..

I'd kill for just 300 whp. I've probably got about 200 now, maybe a bit less.

I will give you a ride in my car. This turbo does indeed hold 25 to red and I have had it holding 27 to red as well.

I can also hit 25 psi @ 3750 and I have been able to hit it at 3500 a couple times.

I was impressed with b16a2delsol's evo when I rode in it. Haven't experienced a BBK full though.

Btw, installed stock airbox and swapped in different spark plugs and I get 0 knock under WOT. I'm guessing my issues came from the HKS intake without a tune.

Did you find out what wga you had? And did you finally purchase some tactrix cables?

It's stock wga. Not sure if it has a "pill" or if it's stuck though. No freaking room down there to work ugh.

I haven't ordered a tactrix cable yet (got the laptop and enjoying that though), probably next month - I gotta stop spending money on random crap . I'm curious if my boost will act normal with the stock airbox now if you got time this week. I haven't done much driving but it feels pretty tame and it works its way up the RPMs in a really smooth manner unlike before.

I'm itching to get the intake back on and tuned.

Here's some dyno sheets on the BBKs: https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/se...ts-thread.html

Found this and thought I would share in case anyone else thought it was interesting.

How BBK Turbos are made: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x1AyHgMDxNA

They seem close in comparison to the FP Green - both make a solid DD upgrade.

Here's the Cabrio:

It's still in Colorado (where my gf is at the moment) where her family lives but we're bringing it up to Utah next month. I wish I took a picture of the seats, they're actually rather sporty/comfy with lots of side support. Definitely not like the new(er) cabrios lol. The top has been fixed (you can see the lining hanging down in the pic) since I took this picture. It looks pretty much like new now. Pretty good find, $1,700 with 70k miles. Oh and it's a 5 speed

I made 318/314 hp/tq On that particular run. And for some reason it decided to start knocking pretty bad on that run

I have since then added more timing and evened out my afrs a bit.

If I'm not too lazy I will go do another pull tonight.

The pull right after the 318/314 I made 331/324 still knocking a little. I ended the night with 344/338.

I had a t60-1 on my del sol and that **** was awesomely fun and laggy (5500 to hit full boost, 12 psi lololol) . I never had a chance to track it though.
