Yeah, you can't have it because of officer safety. They need to be able to see in your car to see what the driver and passenger are doing. You don't need to see in to his car. That's why the tint laws are the way they are.

Now if he was missing a cat or had a loud exhaust, then you could complain.

And yes they can have Limo tint it makes it look more None police car ish

They also Have a Blacked out Corvette in Utah County with Limo Tinted windows I know this Because I use to Detail there Cars at my Old Shop. They where pretty cool tho when They Saw my Evo we talked cars for a bit. The Officer with the Vette said he had been 150mph in it to get to a chase in South Utah county where there isn't anyone

You can have limo tint on the front windows. You just have to have a Dr. note for migraines due to light. And some P.I.'s can have it too but they all have an ID card from UHP. And only the UHP can do the safety inspection. its a PITA when they come in and want you to pass them off
