OK everyone, here are the final plans for the meet.

The BBQ meet will be starting around 12 - 12:30. The meet will be held at SRT Motorsports in Anaheim on the 24th, this Saturday. We (the socalevo team) will be there around 10:30 if you feel you want to get there earlier.

It's literally next door to Boomers, you can see the go kart track through the fence in the back of the shop.

What will happen on Saturday:

There is no cost to attend the event, however we have been taking donations to help pay for the food cost. Please contact tony@socalevo.net if you want more info on donating.

Bring friends, family. It should be a great time!

huhu. I am glad, for the 4th weekend in a row, that I now live in Cali!

I'll stop by the bbq at some point in the day. I'm not sure if I'll be sporting the Evo or my 61 Austin Mini though... since I'll be at a British car/Mini meet in Palos Verdes in the am on Sat.

As long as it does not rain...Cummon, this is California, it's not supposed to rain here..

 

Actually, we hit the 42 Evos record in the rain last meet, so rain is not a problem. Plus, I just checked weather.com, it's NOT going to rain tomorrow.
