I got road tuned at Grip Craft and let me tell you I will never go to another tuner. Phia their tuner is super knowledgable and recommended parts to make my power goals and boy was he right. He is very reasonable in price. True they don't have a dyno but a dyno is just a tuning tool. Give him a call, you won't be disappointed.

Go to FFTEC Motorsport check their website and address www.fftec.com
Ask for Sean for Dyno tuning, but all of them do outstanding work.

According to Chad at CBRD, Bryan does still tune, he's just more focused on his career and 9-5 job now.

Good luck getting a hold of him though.

Dyno tuning my Evo?

I'm planning on getting an intake and an exhaust soon and I was wondering if I needed to tune it after installing them for the best results. And where can I get it done around here in the Bay Area (Milpitas)?

No its not necessary to get a tune after installing those parts. However, if you do get a tune from a reputable shop the power output and driveability of your Evo will be significantly better.

Let's just say I had intake and tbe, and even though I didn't throw any check engine lights (I had high flow cat, which surprised Me it didn't throw a code) I didn't feel any gains. I got a tune, and its literally night and day. Get a tune. It's absolutely worth it.

The parts don't do much without a tune. Certain characteristics such as timing, fuel, and boost pressure must be altered in order for the car to make use of those parts. Get tuned, you wont regret it.
