Road race engineering, tuning technologies, kt motoring. probably the only 3 you should consider.

The guys over at RRE really know their **** when it comes down to evos. The only real gripe I have is trying to get a hold of them since they are a busy shop. I've been trying to get my engine built for about 3 weeks now and I still don't have a confirmed appointment date set, Sometimes it takes a few days before they get back to you in email and you really have take the initiative to get a hold of them.

^^^You are absolutely correct. IMO, they need a management overhaul

A total concentration on customer service would get them a lot more business and also, please clean up the place while youre at it

I agree with this. Was there from Vegas to have Rick tune my car on the dyno. If I didn't know, or wasn't a repeat cutomer of, Rick's, I wouldn't be going back there. The shop is filthy, and for how hard it is to get a hold of them, they really don't seem that busy...
