Nor Cal Lancer spots (Bay Area)
Alright...I've got four.
One was a black ES on August 18 at around 1 AM at the Jack in the Box on Stevens Creek near Valley Fair.
Second, earlier on the same day there was a black ES coming down Winchester towards Valley Fair right near the Winchester 280 entrance.
Third was ANOTHER black ES (makes me wonder) the Pep Boys on Stevens Creek (yes I live near Stevens Creek
), same day as well.
FINALLY, there was a black OZ with a female driver heading down Winchester right in front of Century 21.
So yup...done.

white oz rally with no spoiler in hayward today pulling out of a parking lot on A street. and a blue lancer..i think an es in the parking lot near krispy kreme on union landing at around 9 or 10 tuesday night.

haha, i saw a yellow OZ on el segundo while i was taking my test for drivers license. i damn near rear-ended the car in front of me because of looking at it, luckily i passed. 
and inront of the oz...a silver WRX

some blue or black or charcoal grey lancer was parked right in front of me at newpark mall today. it was some dark color..cant really remember right now..but damn, why am i seeing more lancers than civics

Alright...I KNOW someone on this board is probably a lurker but has this car:
Sometime between 2:30 and 3:00 P.M., coming down 4th Street in San Jose, right in front of San Jose State. Yellow Lancer with a GT style wing and some sort of graphics on the side. The graphics reminded me a bit of the little Veilside "dotted line" they use.
