Yeah, answered my question, I kinda figured but I wanted to check. And yeah, but if I say I hit my brakes to miss something I thought was there, chances are it'll be my word against their's from what I've found online. Even saying "there was a shadow and I thought it was something" Or "something blew in front of my car and I stopped to avoid it in case it was a solid object" All sounds good, makes me feel a little bit safer packed in with cars on the freeway. If you come up to debris instead of having to swerve and hope and pray, you can actually slam your brakes, yay! I know for a fact that my girlfriend would've avoided running over a dump truck air filter if she could've slammed her brakes and expected the car behind to stop in time.

I stopped at a red light once and almost got it, Utah drivers and their running yellow lights...

Still, the funniest is the cop pulling me over for following too close, and then yelling at me for stopping too fast when he pulled me over because he almost hit me (and the car behind him almost hit him).

i just got off the phone with dylan and he said that he will have an answer for you on monday. They have it pretty much tore down, and said that he did find a $1000 dollar headlight the ins. Co. Missed. He also said that visually the trans looked ok (nothing broken outside or bent/broken mounts). And that it seemed to drive ok, but at the same time he said he is not the mechanic and will have the mitsu tech look at it. Its interesting that usaa totaled it and allstate didnt.
