I haven't looked at tires in forever, especially not good ones that aren't hardcore R-comps. I've heard tons of great things about the new Kuhmo XSes, and I'm probably going to try those out for summer tires. The RA-1s were the best R-comps we ever used, but we didn't try that many before switching to full slicks. Just don't ever get the V710s if you're doing track days...

the V710's are those the victoracers? i think if i was going to go back to Kumho's it would be the MX's for sure. thats a sick tire. but as far as a good daily/track tire i think the best would be the RA-1's or even the advan ao48's. its funny how lotus decided to put them on the elise as stock hardware. i think the galant would look sick with a set of ao48's in 245x40x18's. i need to figure out just how much rim i want to run first. i dont want any poke but just an aggressive look with function. i want her to stand like this again
could use a little more snow though!
