are you the red one that is always @ golds gym on vanwinkle??? what do you want a lsd for?? do you do alot of auto x? do you have a lot of hp or something?? i would say it's not worth doing it unless your rebuilding your tranny anyway.

by the way folks i get a ses light for crank & cam sensors to sometimes. peice of **** flash...... i had a tps code for a week or two but now it hasn't done it for a while.

Yes that is my EVO @ Golds. I was planning on starting with the Diff. I was thinking of either having someone local install it or just take it to Michigan and have Rip eng. install it and rebuild the tranny. I am from MI so I thought I could leave it with
Rip eng. and hang out with family and friends until it is done. I would also have them install a new clutch. After the drive train is beefed up then I will start adding HP. Does this seem like overkill?

 

Xbox is better, it takes less of my time... going out to Wendover takes a WHOLE day, or weekend... playing Xbox takes, as long as you want it to take, and then I can go get in the car and drive up the canyon, come home, relax, eat lunch, etc etc...
Anyway Kodiak, you should call Modern Garage and see if they can do it for you (if you don't want to drive up there) www.moderngarage.com and I think the question is gonna be: how much HP are you planning on adding and what kind/s of racing are you planning on doing?

 

Zach, my problem is unresolved! Your actuator raised my boost level by about 3-4psi, but it still tapered and such, just like mine. I will work on it more this next week while my lady is out of town.

 

I'm sure I'll come to a few Autox events for my friends that want rides but are too lazy to come with us to a track event.... ick... I don't look forward to working those events.

It hasn't taken over my life and isn't it douchebag? I watch tv more than I play XBOX. I'm not coming out to Wendover, I'm not having my tires eaten up to dodge cones and work for 2 hours in the nasty Wendover wind.
And what else there is to do: sleeping is the first thing that comes to mind.

whatever al does to smooth the idle out for people with cams, he said there's a possibility of triggering the ses light. mine hasn't yet... knock on wood but i do believe its no biggie.
