OH yeah, and Happy Easter to all those people who celebrate it. Whether for religious reasons or for old school tradition reasons, or just because you're an American who loves to celebrate holidays

I really wanna get my wheels done already. Does any one know how detailed they can with powder coating, like could they do my emblem on my center cap red and also my lug nuts red so it would all match the lip?

As far as I know it would be tough for them to do stuff like that small cause they just dip it in a bin of the color of your choice through a electro statical process that bond the dry coat to the metal. It is pretty hard to do things that aren't metal and really expensive and detail is usually out of the question.

VW's ego emissions are rediculous! I had some kid in a new gti tell me he could smoke my evo, and he couldn't even keep up with my stock RX-8. What a douche! I agree with the whole let them launch like fools off the line trick!

Oh and Jason, add cheesy weiners to your list of things to eat! Cheesy weiners FTW!

Yes Powder coating is allot more durable than paint. I mounted my tire on my wheels my self and did as careful of a job as possible and I still nicked off a bit of paint. Not a noticeable chip. I have mounted wheels on powder coated wheels and I wasn't as careful and they do not chip or scratch nearly as easy My next sets of wheels are getting powder coated. Where is a shop that does it for like $30 a wheel? I know of a shop in my area, but they are $75 a wheel I may just buy the stuff and a old oven and do it my sell. Well me and a few friends just because there is a few of us that want to change the color of are wheels.
And you can't and don't get runs in paint by powder coated wheels

Yeah, Ray (The guy from Powder Coating, Jason (STUPID)'s friend)) told me about that place Stripped. Its way cool stuff, they can blast a whole car without covering the windows or any of the rubber pieces headlights etc and take off all the paint and crap but leave everything else intact. Its probably what I'll get done. Way to find the site!

Its out in WVC Josh, you should stop by and find out the pricing for stripping for us. Jason'll appreciate the stripping, I'm sure.

Yeah i've decided thats where i'm going to get mine "Stripped" at (no pun intended) but i just don't know where to get them powder coated. I've debated doing the same thing as dallin and just going out to by the stuff to do it myelf but in the long run it would probably be cheaper to pay someone else to do it

I raced a new Lexus ISF last night. Some old guy and his wife They are pretty fast. He stayed right with my car and I could pull on him. We went up to 100 and thats when he started pulling. For that car being as bid as it is it gets up and goes I also raced my Friends 06 STI the flat black one and he didn't pull on me at all and he has a FPGreen turbo 850cc injectors and a ficker flash and few other mods. It puts down 330WHP and I think alot of TQ. I have a boost controller and cat back exhaust. No idea what I am putting down but now my friend is pisst and has to do more to the car so its fast. I have also race one stock Evo 8 and I pulled hard on it too.
I think my car has a 20g turbo factory and I am running 18psi. Should my car pull allot harder than some of these other car? Other than that its all stock motor and everything, just the cat-back. and what does the 20g max out at?
