Not a fan of the blue/yellow combo there, and if it rubs with passengers or hard cornering, I probably wouldn't have done it, as hard cornering is what I enjoy most about the car but to each their own. It does look nice with no gap - just takes a bit away from the functionality of the car IMO. Nice pics though.

I get some pretty good tire spin in a not the best way but hey I've got all seasons on

So jake I think the problemo with my tranny is my clutch **** when I push clutch in and put it in gear and keep pedal all the way depressed and let off brake its engaged and the car starts moving a lil. I can only adjust it a tiny bit more before the rod is all the way outta the nut So I think thats the direction I'm going to look at first well that and I want to get a IX turbo too...hmm think I should get a FMIC too I'll see what I can all do in the next few months

But I could still smell it like 5 minutes later, I pull over and the smell is coming from under the hood. I figure ok maybe its the belts. From what I can see the belt still looks good, I get back in and drive home. I park in the garage and can still smell it ten minutes later but now I can't smell it inside the car. Well its two days later and i can still smell it when I pop the hood, it smells like its comming from the exhaust manifold area. I thought it could have been my radiator hose but now I don't think it is. The smell is a lot stronger right over the exhaust manifold. Any ideas of what it could be? Any help would be just great!
If you were launching, I would say clutch. It smells alot like burnt rubber but lingers alot longer. Could you feel any slipping while you were launching?

I've never smelled a burnt clutch before it doesn't smell like burnt rubber does it? Just over 40k on the car, I was thinkin about the plastic bag thing last night i'll have to check it if i remember. And I probably need to change out the trans fluids, its gettin pretty notchy

Your on 40k on stock clutch? If so consider yourself lucky yo & burnt clutch does not smell like burnt rubber if your launching the car and you think your spinning tire and start to smell something really funky like fluids or yea kinda plastic then your munching your clutch
