Help Spark Plug (Lean or Normal)

Hey guys,

It's been 2 month since I installed the Denso IW24 (1 heat colder plug) right after I got the Works Max bore TB ( ).
So today, I took out the spark plug to check on them and make sure their not loose and I can't believe how they looked. I never seen used spark plug look like this in my whole life. The insulator looked like it just came out of the box. It's clean and in fact too clean .
Now I felt worried so I went to Denso website to look at used spark plug conditions. From the website, I find out that my spark plugs are on the normal side. Can my spark plug be the result of a perfect A/F ratio or bit on the lean side, which in case I'm glad to have a colder plug.

I took some pics and one with previous Denso IW24 compare to the current one.

Looks good, but it's hard to tell by sparkplugs unless they are new and you shut off the engine off at WOT at the exact RPM you want to check. It's not really a reliable reading in anyway. If you really want to check the A/Fs, you are going to need a good wideband with data logging, something like we use here at WORKS while tuning over months and months on the street and dyno.

All the Innovate equipment is top notch for a reasonable price if you are interested.

I think Works tuning is top notch. Even though I have few Works goodies with other aftermarket parts, the P2 is flawless.
Spark plugs do tell some stories but not the whole. From talking to a friend who blew up couple of motors in the past, we have concluded that my A/F ratio is at or very close to ideal. The car pulls hard and never had any timing pulled or issues. I say it just shows that the current P2 I have works very well with all my mods. But once the weather gets warmer, it will most likely run bit richer and I might not have such a clean spark plug. Hoping to get dynoed once my dealer gets his dyno ready.

But, lets just say, I have enough power to catch and pull away from a 04 Mustang GT even without launching within about a half of block coming from 2 car length behind.

P.S.
I do like to try a bored out 3in inlet stock cat with a stock oulet since I have a 3in DP but the 3in cat-back tapers. This could be good for maybe 5whp.
Also, it would show Works could do about anything

Thanks Tyler...
