CEL fix?
Does Works offer a Check Engine Light fix by reflash for test pipes or EGR removal?
I'd love to get rid of the EGR system to clean up my engine compartment but from what i read, there is no fix for the CEL it will cause. And CEL's bug the hell out of me. I have a mechanical fix for my test pipe but a reflash would of been much easier.

Just do the mechanical o2 fix. Get 2 spark plug antifoulers (Brand: Help! PN 42009) and drill a 1/2" hole in one. You essentially screw the one with the small whole into the bung first. Then the one with the hole you drilled, followed by the 02 sensor. This will get it far enough from the path (but not too far!) of the exhaust to remove the check engine light. Do some google searches and you will see it. You will also see some on ebay.
anyone know if just one anti-fouler will work? so i don't have to take a hammer to the underside of the car! i may just try it and see...
also (semi OT), a friend of mine told me that not having a cat will mean i'll have to replace my exhaust within the next three years. something about the exhaust being eaten through or basically rotted away. I'm 99% sure that he's just dumb, but i thought i'd make sure.

The hammer work sounds worse than it is. It made a nice indentation on the side of the transmission tunnel and a slight bump under the carpet and passenger seat.
As for stainless steel rotting / rusting... don't think so - it will probably outlast the car.
