HP question
HP question
I was curious approx how much horsepower i would be putting out if i had the works dp,ip,ab,hfc, aperature, cams, upgraded intercooler, ti-retainers, v-springs, p2, and air filter. My other question would be, what should i get after that? Or do you pretty much have to get a bigger turbo and water injection after that? I am trying to retain reliability and an every day driver. Is that a good place to stop engine upgrades?
How about an HPDE under your belt first?
In all seriousness, it should be around 300whp or so, possibly more, possibly less. You could with the 10.5 hotside and the WORKS water injection which would have an obvious postive benefit all around. With the water injection, you could run more ignition timing, more boost and proper AFR's all of which equal more power. It just needs to come out someday.

Basically what the author of this thread has mentioned less the Intercooler and the HFC.

300whp is a HFC or RTP away.

Peak numbers don't really mean much to us or how a car really feels/drives. Usable power, thick powerbands with gobs of torque is what we are after.
