Is there a reason you stopped carrying the GTspec cage or did it just make more financial sense to build your own?

People were requesting a matching rear bar to match their front bar. This bar is also stiffer since it has no hinged joints.

You mean to match this strut tower brace ? Do you guys still have any cars running the GTspec cages? I never heard of any complaints about it flexing. Were their instances of this? The front strut tower brace and the rear brace/drop bars are very nice looking.

We feel that the GTspec cage is a very nice piece. However, we decided to design our own. The WORKS and APR front strut braces are indeed different pieces - our strut brace is straight rather than curved, the mounting hardware is different, etc. If you have any concerns or questions, please feel free to give us a call.

You can still buy a used GTSpec cage from us here (including an assortment of other goodies):
