You need to call Works, let them know you're wanting to send in your ECU. They'll take down your personal info, mods, etc. At that time, you can request them to E-mail a "How To" to remove the ECU and pack it. Then you ship the ECU to them, they'll flash it call and get your payment info, and ship it back out to you.

Go to their website at www.worksevo.com and create an account. Once you create an account all the information regarding shipping will be provided after you add an item to your cart.

That pretty much sums it up. There's a checklist to download or we can e-mail it to you along with ECU removal instructions. We receive ECUs via all the major couriers and usually ship back with FedEx. Be sure to insure your package for ~$900 just in case there's damage along the way. (I can't say we've had to file a claim for an ECU--especially if it's shipped overnight.) As mentioned, please call us ahead of time to let us know yours is on the way. Occassionally we take the flashing equipment off-site for R&D, track tuning, etc... and we don't want to have an ECU show up unannounced and not have the hardware at the shop to take care of it. Let us know if you have any other questions.
