Alright man. That dosnt sound exacltly like unbled lifters but this is a way to do get rid of lifter noise after a cam install. Let car idle for 2 min. After 2 min slowly push the gas until you reach 3000 rpms. It should take you 15 seconds to reach 3000 rpms. then hold 3k for 15 seconds then back down to idle 15 seconds. repeat these steps 10 times. normally after the 6th time the noise is gone. I would pop the valve cover to check everything over first. The car is idling and seems to be in time IMO. So I really think you should pop the valve cover and rotate the crank and just look for anything out of the ordinary. If you dont see anything proceed with the procedure that I explained above and the noise should go away if its lifter noise. Peace

The cam timing was off a few teeth as was the phasing of the one balance shaft.

All fixed and retuned, car is fine now.
