OK guys, I received my P2 upgrade and Flashed ECU back today. Have to say the tube was a little harder to install than I expected. I removed Air Flow Sensor and my intake filter, butr still dindn't have quite enough room to get my hand in there. I then proceeded to remove the fan from the radiator. It was a little tight getting it out, but not a problem. I probably shoud have done this right off the bat. After the fan was out I swaped out the hose in about a minute. Put the whole thing back together with no problems. On a difficulty scale of 1 to 10 I would give it about a 5.

Now for the first ride. Let the car warm up for about 10 min since it is about 45 here this evening (cold huh?).Drove down the road a bit and really didn't notice much difference. Pulled up to the on ramp light and waited for the green. Light turns green and I let her rip. Ran her all the way to redline through 3rd grear and then backed off. Can I say "HOLY ****" on here oh well I'll risk it.
HOLY **** this thing kicks ***!! I love it. Boost guage read about 1.4 - 1.5 KG/CM (boy do I need a non-metric boost guage)and held steady all the way, no spikes, nice and smooth. I don't think it is an exageration when I say I could not get my head off the seat.

In summary you guys rock ! Once again you have not let me down. I will plug your products any time, and I'm Proud to have the Works lables on my windows.

By the way to end it all off, got off at the next exit and headed home down our main drag. Toasted a Steeda Mustang out of the light. He was so embarassed that he didn't even pull up to me at the next light. There are 3 of them in town and all of them are driven by little 20 year old wannabe wiseguys that must have moved here from Rhode Island. I pretty much don't race on the street, but man did it feel good.

Hey welcome to the P2 club. Do you have any other modifications? I am thinking of getting an exhaust next, but not sure if I'll get the WORKS or the B&B. Have you dynoed your car yet? I dynoed my car when I had the P1 and it put down 241hp and 238tq

 

It's nice ain't it. Plus you don't have to worry about it anymore, just install it and go.

I've heard of people going through the top and bottom. I preferred the bottom. With some ramps it's easy. 10 minutes to remove all those damn screws then another 10 minutes to install the hose. Helps if you have small hands and some needle nose pliers.

 

Glad that you are enjoying it. Did you get the p2 at 93 or 91? Just curious. It's funny when I read post like these. I guess it is just me, but when I received my p2 (91), I felt a bit of an increase and no drop in psi but in no way did I feel the "HOLY SH*T" type of increase. However, it is also maybe that I got my p2 with the turbo back flash, but I still don't have the turbo back yet. So maybe that is why I don't feel the "HOLY SH*T" increase. Hopefully, when WORKS get around to sending my order out and I have all the components installed like the reflash was meant to be, I'll feel the "HOLY SH*T" power like everyone else. Anyways, glad you are enjoying it!!!

 

I currently have the AB Exhale and a RMR intake. I did get the 93 Octane Flash. My flash was also done to include the Throttle Body and DP, which I plan on adding in the next few months.

 

In case anyone is interested I'm getting my car dynoed again tonight at altered atmosphere in Maryland. I'm going to have them overlay my P2 results on top of my P1 results. The rest of the car is bone stock.
