TR303 Review
greetings,
just wanted to share a few thoughts about the TR303 package.
INSTALL - straight forward, i did the exhaust and throttle body in about 6 hours with no big issues. got the flash at the XS meet, thanks for coming down WORKS!!!
NOISE - the exhaust is loud, but i don't find it too loud except over 70mph on the freeway, when it becomes a little obnoxious. driving smoothly is easier without the back-pressure from the stock muffler, and it's nice to be able to hear the engine when matching revs and driving hard!
PERFORMANCE - WOW! who would have thought an extra 30 HP / 30 ft/lb would make such a difference. the car keeps pulling harder and harder all the way to red, feels strong everywhere and has definately bought back the rush of mashing the right foot that eventually fades after getting used to the stock power. combined with a rear sway bar, powering out of corners in the canyons is awesome!
RELIABILITY - the cars seems to react a little less to different driving conditions, resulting in more consistency. so far no issues with pulling the timing, despite driving hard in 90 deg heat at 2500ft with four passengers. low rev drivability is unchanged, idle is perfect (even with A/C), feels just like stock but better.
SUMMARY - The flash is great, the exhaust is fun and i highly recommend the package. now i just need some more grip and suspension to keep me on those canyon roads with the new power
cheers,

Zeals + WORKS Sway bar = fast & hard cornering.
OK, so after a couple of weeks with the TR303 package, some more thoughts, and some questions for WORKS and other clever folks...
The package still feels good, although the drop in power driving in Palmdale at 2500ft and 105 deg F is quite significant from when it was flashed in LA. I assume the timing is being pulled as the drop in power is very noticable. i'm wondering what the best approach is to unleash the full power of the package in these sorts of conditions. ideas that have popped into my head so far...
- larger intercooler, or maybe a nitros cooling coil out the front of the stock cooler.
- WORKS water injection
anyone else got any other bright ideas to counter the heat??? it's 95+ in Palmdale for many months of the year, so it's a priority for me! on a side note i've never seen the temp gauge move at all.
thanks guys,
warren

The new WORKS water injection coming out will be a good solution. Looks like it's coming out really soon too. I've seen it in person and it's really cool. Props to the WORKS guys for another awesome product.
