Invoice on a ralliart lancer?

For some reason no one even has the car listed and I can't even find invoice on one. It stickered at $18,572 my price through fedex would be a few % over invoice, plus $500 rebate, $500 college grad discount. I might get one if the deal with the msp falls through, the ralliart almost feels as good, the all seasons just take the edge off the handling. The msp is really bouncy on the roads around here too. They feel about the same acceleration wise. The ralliart does have the crappiest plastic feeling steering wheel though lol

Never thought the ralliart could compare to the msp, but it does...I'm sure a tire swap would make it really closer too. I drove the two cars back to back yesterday.

The Protege looks nicer overall ... tough choice.
I wish the Lancer Ralliart headlights weren't so weird.

Does the Lancer have any torque steer? Cuz I know the Mazdaspeed Protege has a fair bit ...

TQ steer is nothing compared to gunning a modern Maxima. The steering wheel would literally try to walk you into the other lane while accelerating hard through a corner.

They both are pretty much torque steer free. Nothing like my spec v which can and will rip the wheel out of your hand

No way I'd ever get an oz...120hp is just way way too little

The evo is about $8k out of my reach

5-speed invoice is $17,644.06, but the sun and sound pkg is killer with the 315w infinity, and the 8' enclosed sub in the trunk. should be around $1,200 more for that package. just have'nt gotten one in yet

The Ralliart does have some torque steer, but it's not bad. The MSP is worse... especially after mods. The Ralliart runs a little better, the MSP has some fueling issues that need to be sorted. Basically it runs pig rich. The ralliart has better seats and a better stereo, but lacks the mp3. The headunit in the MSP is not that great. The subwoofer mounting is better in the MSP. The MSP is more mod friendly since it is already turbo. I personally think about 200-220hp could be easily achieved at 5psi on the Ralliart with an upgraded exhaust. N/A, there is probably about 20hp or so in the intake and exhaust on the Ralliart. Handling, I'll keep the MSP thank you. Looks, I like the MSP.

Get the Sun and Sound if you get the Ralliart.

Oh and BTW, I sell Mitsu's, but have been driving the MSP to work for the past couple weeks. My GF owns a Laser Blue MSP and it has a few issues, but looks hot and is lotsa fun.

Chad

p.s. I still have a lot of posters left. I'll ship one of each for $9 or they are free to pickup.
