Correct Asynch_vs_TPS XML for 8859x715

Correct Asynch_vs_TPS XML for 8859x715
The one posted in mrfreds original post here no longer seem to work as expected in the v7 8859x715 series of roms.
The current XML pack on the v7 download page also does not contain these tables for the 8859x715 series just the roms for the 8s. There are hints that there is correct XML out there but I cannot for the life of me track it down.
Anybody have the correct XML settings for 8859x715?
