The PCV side looks good. Not much more you do there.

The vent side, what size how is going to the intake pipe? It looks small. If its not 10an, make it 10an. Also, put a check valve in that line so that once the crankcase reaches 0psi, the pcv doesn't just draw air through the motor. It will allow the pcv (the intake manifold side) to pull an actual vacuum on the crank case.

Vent side meaning my driver side I take it as? The intake one is straight from ets hat came on it already. Where can I get a check valve? I see you live in Vegas so do I. Also could the issue be a cracked piston ring? Or would it smoke constantly if that was the case?

Could do compression an leak down tests to see if the motor is hurt.

Yes I'm in Vegas. Are you on the Vegas Evo's FB page?

This is how I run the crank case vent system on my Evo X with the 5858. I had a dual -10AN vented can system on it and it smoked. This actually made it so it stopped smoking. I have no idea why more companies don't make a system like this with catch cans in between. The fitting on the passenger side of the valve cover can be a true -10. The one on the drivers side is the same size as the intake manifold.

I would try this and see what happens.

So by doing this I eliminate my catch cans?

Also I took the intake off last night there is no side to side or up and down shaft play but there is in and out shaft play, I called precision and said I should send it in

There shouldn't be in and out shaft play. Seems odd.

You don't have to run without the catchcans. Just plumb them inline with how mine is setup or for testing purposes you could eliminate them and run the hoses how I have it setup just to see if it fixes the issue.

I'm going to send the turbo back to precision for the second time. I'll try running this setup once
I get everything back. Where can I get the check valve?

Its not the prettiest setup. I just used the cheapest hose/fittings I could find to test it out and see if it worked. It could easily be made to look better with proper AN fittings. I will probably do this soon. Glad you like the setup though.

Check valve is actually a motormite/dorman check valve you can get at any auto parts store

Part# 80190

If you are going to make a permanent setup I would recommend a -6 an fitting out of the valve cover to a 3/8 in and out straight check valve. I mainly used this because it drops from 1/2" to 3/8 and the fitting on my valve cover is a -10.
