My New Rims, FLUSH
all the other grids youve seen are different because there is only two types that you can fit on the ES lug pattern, thats the +45 or the +10 which is a special order and hard to find. Your not getting the picture. You cant go any bigger for daily driving and what im doing the whole stanced thing. If you dont have any knowledge in what it takes to do what im doing on a base lancer for daily driving not just going straight then you shouldnt speak about it. All you do is flame peoples threads in the lancer section and the ralliart section. You dont even have a mitsu you have a wrx so i understand why your hating on everyones stuff but its not necassary. Some people on here dont have thr cash to go buy wrx's and evos. They mod there lancers because thats what they desire. Let them do whatever they want and keep your negative and smart comments to yourself its not wanted here. So if you dont have anything positive to say about my thread or anything to say to make it better than dont poat at all. That **** is getting annoying now.

. I just think it doesn't look any where near as aggressive as all the work that went into it would suggest. If you were rocking 9" wheels with 245s, that'd be a different story but at the moment, the wheels and tires just look thin, especially with how far they've been pushed out. I've been on this forum a long time and have contributed plenty, and I know a number of Lancer owners would agree. As far as that aspect is considered, it's a dead end.
By your description, your setup doesn't work for a daily driver either given that you're stilling rubbing the front and you're so low as to make driving an issue

My bad, I meant to ask what camber you've got them set at. Looks like a pretty extreme angle...
I've got a 0 camber just to keep my tires from wearing unevenly but I imagine you've got to angle your wheels to fit them in there.
And yea Amby, I can tell the difference between his grids and mine. There's much more contour in the spokes. Although I would never try to squeeze wheels like that on my car it looks decent on his minus the shoddy fender work

-1.1 in the front i think not sure about the back. the back naturally came out like that the more i lowered it. and camber doesnt ware out your tires extremely. Toe does. camber adds to it but not enough that it will kill your tires in a matter of months.
More Updates
Here are some updates from the StanceNation meet. there will be more once i get them. 2 of my ride. and some of my friends cars.

My setup doesnt make driving an issue. And rubbing comes with the hellaflush lifestyle its a part of having your car stanced like that. It didnt take a whole lot to do it neither. It wasnt that much work. I dont blame you for not understanding the lifestyle your canadian, it hasnt gotten that big out there yet. Lmao and if i went with a 9 inch rim amd 245 that wouldnt be stanced. The whole point is to put a skinny tire on that gives it the stretch. 245 wont give it the stretch i want. That proves you dont know what your talking about. And the 9inch rim would be pushed out further than an 8. So yea.. So in that aspect like i said earlier if you have nothing good to say take you commenrs elsewhere because this thread is a dead end for you.
The style is big everywhere, it doesn't make it a good thing. Snuggies were popular once as was a mushroom cut.
It doesn't take much to learn what the wrong fitment is. Just take the right fitment and add enough offset to rub. Nothing says performance and function like chewed up tires and scuffed up bumpers.
in your case it did, but its okay some people are slower to learn than others. and my tires dont get chewed out it doesnt rub that bad. and my fenders dont get scuffed neither. you need to look at the pictures more closely. Didnt i tell you to invest in some glasses a couple posts ago? better hop on it!!

I've known about the hellaflush movement for a long time, I simply do not think that this particular setup is all that aggressive or extreme. It looks like a lot of other cars with Grids I've seen. It doesn't look bad, like I said originally, but it doesn't exactly blow my mind or anything like that.
Like I said a few posts back, I don't think it's the "large" tires that are hurting it's aggressive look. If you went to a higher offset (lets say +20 to +30) with a wider wheel, say a 9" wheel with matching tires, it'd look better.
oh i know that, but i really wanted this specific grid because no one has them. they are really hard to find. i mean yea people have them but not so many that you will see on a daily basis. if i find a rim that is that wide with a nice offset mabye ill give it a shot later on down the road, its gonna be hard to find a 16x9 wheel with a nice offset as cheap as rotas lol. im not trynna spend over a grand for wheels for this lancer.. not worth it.
