It's in the owners manual, you can even deactivate the signal lights.

LOL! I was just going to mention that. That was the first thing I did when I got my car -read the manual like I had a test on it the next day- I am very obsessive

Manual.. i know i have that somewhere in my bedroom.. haha.. i tried to read it like Thun did.. but ya know i'm a teenager and i'd rather be rolling in my car than reading about it.

I first realized it when I was out driving around with my friend, I was in my car and he was in his wrx.. He lives a block over and I heard his horn when he locked his car..And I never realized how far it carries when its quite out.. He realized it too and turned his horn off, so I thought sh*t mine prob has that too..And it does

isn't the direction on the manual for keyless entry?? since i got the factory alarm....maybe that's why it wouldn't work? hm......=\

That was the exact same thing I did. I thought that was the obvious thing to do when you get a new car. I guess it not too normal. I had my horn deactivated by the 3rd day I owned the car.

I figured this trick out last week...by accident. I haven't had any iddues since I got it to run silent.
