higher than 10 is richer than stock, lower than 10 is leaner than stock. If you have the RRM base map it will have all sorts of 9.x's everywhere. you need to read the information on RRM's website, or go to split seconds website and find the file u-tune.pdf somewhere. Read that. don't ask anymore questions until you have done so, or you are wasting your own time. It will be near impossible to teach you everything you need to know by answering you questions one at a time. You will also be able to communicate more comfortably with the mechanic because you will have an idea of what he is talking about.
