What I did when I was running on stock was I used a switch (any switch from pep boys, autozone, orielly) and ran the pos+ to the amp pos+ and ran the neg- to the amp neg- so I could turn the amp on and off. You can also use a pos+ wire from the ignition ( i think never done it)...I always liked the switch so when the wife was in the car I could keep the bass off. Hope this helps.

You could also run the remote wire from an ACC slot on the fusebox, so the amps come on when the key is turned, and you wouldn't have to worry about forgetting to turn off your amps.

find the remote turn on led wire in the headunit and attach it to the amp remote turn on.

My diagram sucks. It shows the power wiring for the radio and amp, and the speaker wiring, but doesn't show the wire that goes between them.

if your HU has a "AMP ATT" wire.. connect that with the wire running to your amp. then when you turn your hu on the amp turns on. its what i did. =O.

The stock amp most likely does not have a remote wire (usually blue). The stock amp probably just turns on with detection of a signal. When I get home I'll see if I can find a diagram of the stock amp wiring.
