Well Im not for certain what happened and I was messing with my radio and all of a sudden it wouldn't turn back on...My clock is not working either. I checked every fuse in the car except the ones shown below...
The ones in the Yellow...How do I take those out?

The fuses for the items not working are inside the car up under the dash, not under the hood where you are. Remove the little useless compartment down by the driver's left knee, then you'll see them. The fuse layout should be in the owner's manual.
Best bet if you don't have the owners manual is to use a multmeter and test all of the fuses to be safe with the ignition on. I know for some cars, the pic you showed with the fuses in the yellow housing contains an accessory fuse for the radio, interior light etc. but quite possibly on this particular car it could be under the dash like otter suggested...

yea I switched out those fuses with some 10a's and it works now. Question though. Is it really necessary to have the yellow holder? or what is the whole point of it?
