Cleaning up the speedometer cover

the plastic cover for the speedometer is starting to get on my my nerves. its covered with alot of light scratches and its very noticeable since its so sunny out now. is there anything out there that can clean it up and get rid of the scratches?

I will look when I get home if someone else hasn't already. it should just be some plastic tabs. there is a diy on the cluster lights in the lancer diy forum that will tell you if you can't wait for me to get home

You have to pull the entire cluster. Once you do that, you'll see a bunch of plastic tabs that you can release to get the clear cover off. But at that point, you might as well leave the cover on, since the cluster is out of the car.
