I went to my local shop in Québec city and i was asking for info about he injen and the aem cai. When i told him it was for a RA, the guy show me a pair of altezza light with a black font like a lot of people are looking for here on the board. We took them of the rack and put them next to my car to see what i would look like and i have too say that they look really good. Im not sure at a 100% but if i'm right, it's made by DYC or maybee DYE i can't remember the last letter but if begin with DY thats for sure lol. They asked 400$CAN for the pair (taxes included in price). Just too let you know guys that they are some nice looking smoked altezza lights avalaible.

They are for 02-03 Lancers, not for 04-05 Lancers. Sorry to burst your bubble.

 

No they are for 02-04 lancers. That's what was wrothe on the desciption of the lights and i take it next to my actual lights and the shape looks the same. The guy also tell my the fit was perfect. I'll try to go back to the shop to make sure about the compagny name who's making the. What i don't understand is are the 02-03 lancer lights are the same as the 04-05? cauz it really says 02-04 in the description... Maybee it is an error. But like i said the shape was the same...

 

The 02-03 have a slightely different shape than the 04+. It looks the same from far away or holding the light next to each other, but if you looked closesly at an older lancer and your car, they are different.

then what you saw were TYC tail lights. these would not fit 04+ lancers.

 

yeah they widened are car by maybe an inch or so ( something like that)

Yeah man, trust me, I keep up on this kinda stuff. I have links that I check periodically to sites like TYC and APC ( ) abotu tailights and the sort, just so I could let everybody know if ANYTHING like that comes out for our cars. So I try to stay on top of stuff for you guys.
