Either with the brake light or without, I think it accents the rear end of the car very well. So, what I want to know from you guys is:

Lancer owners: do you like how this looks? Would you buy it if it were available? How much would you pay for one?

RRM/Accolade/Other parts manufacturers: Would you guys make something like this? How much would it cost?

Basically I'm just trying to get the ball rolling on this, so that if we see that people want it, and that someone could make it, then we get another mod for our cars. Thanks for reading, everyone.
I think it looks good on the IS, but personally on the RA, it looks a little bit off IMO because of how our rears look a little bit rounded.

Looks pretty nice. I think the Ralliart looks very similar to the IS300 anyway, and the spoiler looks good on that so should be nice on the Ralliart too.

I had a spoiler/lip like that on my Celica, and it invites idiots to snap it off. My "idiot" was my brother-in-law, and he was closing the trunk, but it's so fragile hanging out over the edge like that.

Hey, nice style on that one sandman! It's kind of a gurney flap (if some of you are motorsports fans). I'd definitely be interested by this one... and it would have to be the cheapest one to produce, wouldn't it?

It appears to be the cheapest, but a gurney flap is designed to be tuned to the car's aerodynamics. I guess that would matter if our cars were consistently going 150 MPH, but we're not, so one can be made at just an "appealling" height, since the ultimate result would be just cosmetic.

In fact, a Gurney flap would be used to tune a car's aerodynamics... but you're right, it doesn't matter on our RAs. It appears to have some magical effets on Indy and F1 cars though...

But back on topic: I think it would be the best looking lip-type accessory for the RA. That and an actual lip (read: competition style) kit for our cars. By that I mean a (normally black) ground effect type of (metal?) band that could be added to the existing (stock) body kit to add a competition look. I've always tought those GT Championship and/or Touring Car type of lips to be great looking and I'm sure the RA would look sexy with one. All that on a budget...
