Car Alarms

Just wondering if any body had suggestions for a car alarm...I'm looking at a couple on ebay by THOR, but I really have no clue as to what's good and what is not.

Compustar is the best by far. 2ways work from a mile away and they're remote starts are compatible with manual transmissions.

My alarm/remote start is made by Aftermarket Generation. It's two-way and it has great range (says about 3000 feet). I haven't had any problems with it at all. It has a million programmable features, and it looks cool. It was about $150 on ebay. It has 3 levels of sensitivity that you can adjust. Overall, it's the best alarm I've ever had. i recommend compustar. thats what i have in my car right now. i installed it myself. remote start works great with my manual transmission.
