Now now... my rear bumper was, and is perfect (admitedly there is room for error and line-up mismatches when installing it). I really do think Accolade has improved their product manufacture... notice they are made of new material, not that yellow stuff.
Anyhow, I'll let ya know how that turns out when I get it on my car. My priority now though is the engine.

Well thats just the thing! I'm used to a lancer that can only manage 0-60 in 12 seconds! So with the 2.4 plus all the RRM and other stuff on it, It's gonna be "suprising" im sure to drive it.
Yup, stupidly high insurance, fact that nearly all of em get stolen... stupid fuel consumption... Plus, I have had so much fun making an economy car into something unqiue! When the engines in, no doubt ill get bored of it after a while and set my sights on an Evo, but for now, I'm happy doin what I'm doin!
Here a pic of the rest of the odds and sodds to finish off the engine... Gonna attempt fitting the flywheel and clutch today after some initial problems. Now I dont think I've got the bolts to attach the clutch cover to the flywheel!

UK top of the range lancer - but pretty awful compared to the USDM Ralliart.

We also fitted the Phenolic Spacers to the IM and TB. Didnt install the flywheel clutch yet due to needing another adapter plate and the clutch cover bolts.

I guess its not that important, but I'll keep posting in this thread until my engine swap is done. I'll write up a full how-to on it all once its done too, so that will be more help than this.
I guess its not really that interesting for ralliart owners to see a 4G69 being swapped into a lancer... It's more the ES and OZ owners that will be following this!
