Swapping stock RA spoiler for EVO8 from accoladebodykits.com

I want to swap my stock RA spoiler for the EVO8 spoiler sold at accoladebodykits.com. I've been told that if my car already has a spoiler then I do not need to drill new holes to accommodate the new spoiler. Can anyone else confirm this for me? Following this, I am wanting to swap out the stick hood for the EVO style hood from accolade. I lice in a rainy climate and I'm wondering if the hood will still provide all the benefits if I decide to leave the rain protector covering the air dam on tue hood. Finally, I will be ordering the garage type R body kit from accolade and I am told it us a direct bolt on application. Does anybody out there know of any good shops in British Columbia, Canada who could perform the install and paint. Thanks, let's chat.

don't buy from accolade. if you want an evo 8 spoiler get an actual evo 8 spoiler, and drill 2 extra holes.

Sweet another Vancouverite who wants an Evo8 Wing! I have been looking for one too, and so far I only find ebay to be consistant as a lot of Evo owners don't want to ship it... But last time I check, Accolade is dead, they don't reply emails or anything...

Accolade is horrible. I have one of their kits and well its bites hard. It's never a direct bolt on when it come s to kits.

don't buy from accolade. kits aren't too well made and i doubt you'll get your kit in a timely manner...

as far as evo wings.... you need to drill 2 extra holes. and buy a real one thats all i can say

Ok well let's start with this please don't make 2 identical threads, thanks.

As for the evo wing I think that's been made pretty clear, but accolade , where to start most people have waited about 1 year to recieve whatever they ordered from them (not an exaggeration) those that got the parts had to work to get the "bolt on" kits to fit. And finally they were a vendor here but got the ban hammer because of so many complaints.

yay another vancouver member. Visit clublancerbc for your local meets! Or pm me if you wanna meet up some time

I'd suggest looking in the northwest classified section, there are some people selling their wings.

You will have no issues with the ego style hood, even if you leave the rain gaurs thing off. I have that hood from vis and the only time I out the cover on is if we are expecting a freak snow storm in the middle of may lol

It's actually raining buckets here right now as I'm sitting in my car typing this lol
