no one should be debating which is faster, only that another forced induction solution is offered. Let's try and stay focused on discussing the positives and negatives of a supercharger kit.

This coming from the SAME GUY who said "The numbers on the Turbo charger are more impresive".......

Are you completely insane ? can you remember what you typed a few posts earlier ?

YOU were the number queen........I simply provided you with FACTS. Simple as that.

As far as a track competition......I DID have one ready to go with an RRM Turbo car.......that was untill he BLEW it up last week

You post your time slip, I'll post mine.

And calling me "completly insane" and "did you forget what you just typed a few posts ago"? I only stated "RRM turbo has more impressive numbers... which is true. very true. more impressive numbers. I didnt get nitty gritty and nit pick every single number and pound of boost, like you did (and your facts were wrong by the way) I only stated a simple fact, a small statement about rrm having more impressive numbers. You were the one obsessing over numbers.... wrong numbers i might add.

like i said we are not having this argument again, for i feel you are not ready for it. plus its been played out, done before, and drug out. Nobody wants to hear it.

you know what, let me apolgize ... lets start this off again....

your car is supercharged??? damn bro thats pertty nice man i like there kit alot. Sounds nasty bro... u got any videos or anything to share to the comunity?

Not quite yet. It's still on the truck coming here. I am going to install it either at the end of the month or beginning of July when I have time, as the car is a daily driver and I can't afford to be without it for more than a couple days.

god, this is still going on? I've been virtually inactive for almost 2 years now, and when I left, I was sick of the RRM vs RIPP debate when EVERYONE had an opinion but NO ONE posted real results on either setup.

Well, check it out. Its been over 2 years. Not a single person has posted timeslips on a RRM or a RIPP ralliart. We don't even have dyno numbers. But if you notice, some guys who spent about $1000 on their mods are in the mid 13's to 14's. I wonder if no kit turbo or SC guys have posted...... because the kit drivers are getting smacked by the DIY setups at a fraction of the cost? There are enough of these on the road now. Get some results or stfu

By the way it is on sale for $3,795.
Yes,
The Ralliart SDS Stage 2 kit adds 100whp...
230 - 240whp is about right for the newest RA Kit

Note: The new kit looks better and is a lot easier to install then the proto type pics above.

I had SDS stage3 in my 3G Eclipse and it rocked!!!

Point taken. I will provide the Mustang Dyno results inside of a month once the kit actually gets here, as well, if the clutch withstands the tuning, I will try to get the time slips up asap as well, unless I have to wait a bit for that while upgrading the clutch.

As far as the money.......it's never about the money Some have it and some don't and someone's budget is no reason to flame a project.

My goal is driveability, as I turn about 50 miles a day in the City and need a reliable car. The pre-build kits for me were the only way to help me sleep at night knowing that my car would take me to work the next day.

I also needed a 4 door, and wouldn't settle for a bloated Acura or gutless Civic. The RA was a smart choice and I had never planed on doing anything to it untill I found THIS SITE.....lol.....I got bit by the bug and the rest is history.

.......I simply wish I could have the opportunity to purchase an EVO and save myself thousands of dollars and time....but I don't, so the RA will be the next best thing here in Canada (as the EVO is not available).

^ could wait till 09 evo
but since u ssay u do so many miles, wouldnt it be better for mpg to have a turbo since its not "always on" as a SC is?
(btw i read ur other post about 75hr no budget etc, im just saying about costs etc)

Since you're in Calgary there are a few (or there are going to be a few) turbo guys around town. One drives an automatic sportback wagon (should be a reasonably fair comparison) and another drives a 2.0 l lancer (me). All this bench racing crap is stupid and I don't understand how or why you are talking smack when you don't even have the kit installed yet.
