Ok guys no CEL now.... I fixed it. Lets just say there was errors on the install .

I fixed it in 2 minutes . I should have installed the kit myself if I had more experience with oil pan installation and clutch/flywheel I would have.... Anyway I still have some issues to work on it's rigged up right now so no serious boosting yet....there is no cel though ! Stage 3 clutch is a ***** I stalled out when I first got in lol..oh yes and the solid mounts add a bit of vibration but I can deal with it.

Rob you hit it bang on in our last conversation yesterday he overlooked something he considered to be minor...

From hell to heaven in a day.

Well he confused up the intercooler elbows so a vac line wasn't hooked up where it should have been.

I'm going to talk to Rob on Monday before I start taking wild guesses as to whats causing it(overboosting).

So I'm at least some what happy to have wheels back and can get from A-B.

Normal driving and driving in boost up to 5-6 PSI everything is awesome car really wants to go just that it will overboost if you keep going so I have stopped that.... hammer effect as Boe would say... If you hit yourself with a hammer in the thumb would you hit it again to see if you hit your thumb.

It's something I will work with Rob on.

Is it creeping or spiking? Or is it just running at a higher boost level? After I had a tune and did a little a little tune up on the turbo itself (it had about 35,000kms on it), I peak at just a shade under 8 lbs. Pulling hard from about 3000 rpms to over 5000 rpms.

A shade under 8 PSI is exactly where you want to be the spring is a 7.5PSI as far as I know. With the 7.5 spring we bosted to 15 PSI once not funny. Since pulled that spring out. THere is however something wrong with the wway the kit has been hooked up for sure... I need pictures of the vacuum lines from someone with the kit. There is a reason it's overboosting and I'm startign to think it isn't the wastegate..

from manifold to BOV, one line. from manifold to ECU, one line. both these lines need to show both positive and negative pressure, must be connected to the manifold after the throttle plate. I believe they splice into the straight line where the pcv valve is attached to the valve cover.

from turbo pressure before throttle plate (no vacuum, only positive pressure) to BOTTOM wastegate air inlet, one line. this one will attach to your boosted pipe somewhere between the turbo and throttle plate.

with the 7.5 psi spring this should be the only vacuum lines you have, unless you have an MBC. if you have an MBC you will have one more line, positive pressure only, that will lead from the boosted pipe to the top of the wastegate (after passing through the MBC).

oh, and your problem sounds like you have the wastegate line or bov line hooked up wrong. the BOV should see vacuum from the manifold, the wastegate bottom inlet should see only postive pressure, and the top inlet should only see MBC controlled pressure (if you don't have one it vents to atmosphere).
