Are you talking about the crank pulley? It took about an hour to do on my Eclipse, and the hardest part was getting a key to loosen the bolt holding the pulley in place.

Yeah i did it on my 97 eclipse (420A) and it took me forever to get the dam thing off. It was convenient for me because it was right there in the wheelwell (which i had to take off) but it still took a nice chunk of my time. If you are going to do it yourself, you are going to need a harmonic dampener puller to get it off btw.

I don't think ours are pressed on. Looking at the manual, I think it's just that center bolt that holds it on, and a round pin that holds it in place with the crank. No puller necessary. The 4G63s I used to work on didn't require a puller, either.

I don't have pic to confirm...if someone had a close picture of this part... will be appreciate...

The instructions BlkRalliart04 are for the 2.0 engine. Here's the diagram for the 2.4 engine. Easy mistake, these manuals are horridly organized. Looks to me like the crank pull is attached with 4 bolts, don't know if it's compressed on or not.
