Alright I have talked to the machine shop and I will be giving him some preliminary measurements to get some guesstimates on improvements to b e had. He recommommended that I sell a stock sized pulley first and then later on possibly sell the underdriven pulley. Either way the pulley being made from aluminium will be way lighter than the stock piece therefore will give you savings and will guarantee no issues to the car stereo guys. This means a belt may not be neccesary. I should have more information tommorow. Thanks guys for the list!

sillypuddy ~ you are absolutely right and I see no reason to inform anyone that this is a flawless part. Any upgrade has possible affects though this is the chance you take when you modify your engine. I will do my absolute best to take out 99% of the chance from this. I will not sell this unless I feel I would run it on my own car and that the side affects are nearly non-existent.

I do have a question on this. I've read around that Aluminum pullies have a tendancy to warp mainly due to heat. To me, it seems that our engines get pretty hot very quickly. Is this going to be a problem on an aluminum pulley for the engine?

That's stupid, why would I commit to buy something before it's even made or tested, add me to the list but I'll back out if i dont feel the testing was complete or if the part isnt up to MY standards.
