Sorry for the misunderstanding, I have the timing control box from RRM as well and it is a great mod for sure.

I'd just like to throw up my .02 cents on a couple of rrm products. First off the timing box. Great lil bang for your buck with super super easy install. Noticable power right away. But second, the most power gaining mod I've put of so far is the rrm piggyback. Holy cow. Changed the car completly. Power throughout the entire range. Now I did not install it myself my friend did it but as I watched it was pretty straightforward. Just gotta make sure you mark each plug propped or you'll end up confused for an hour like us haha. But what a gain! I have these mods in combo with rrm udp, rrm headers/dp, aem cai, port an polished intake many(self done), 2.25/2.5 custom/wicked flow exhaust. And it brought all of the mods together and car feels like a little beast. Taken a few turbo cars(wrx, srts etc) since the piggy

i have to add my .02 cents about the timing box as well. now that i have it off the car since i sold it i can really tell the difference in how my car drives. it doesnt respond as well and isnt as big a kick when going WOT. so for those of you getting one it is a great product and does perform very well

That seems odd. I've felt nothing but a huge gain from the piggy

Thats all that really matters. If you think it makes the car feel better for you then it was a good buy. Better than buying a piece of equipment and not feeling any gains

I had the piggy on for a while to be honest I only notice a change in where the power was. Instead of a drastic taper in the higher rpm's it seemed to climb where it would fall before. Now I have that problem again....but it's not a big deal. My main problem now is keeping parts from melting on me.

Ii noticed the biggest gain in bottom end then a better pull throughout the power band. Now I did install this the same time I ported the manifold so I don't know exactly what the rains are individually. But otherwise it's awesome!

when you installed the intake mani how much bigger was the porting... I have a 65mm t/b and I am wanting to match the T/B and intake but unsure as to any side effects.

When you say you matched the ports to the gasket are you talking just about the 4 intake runners or the piece were the Throttle body bolts onto - I am wanting to port match this - the section were the Throttle body bolts onto... and wanting to know if people have experienced any problems with it, eg, CEL or the car running too lean.

look forward to hearing how your other Porting work goes for you
