Not exactly decked the hell out... They come 400 HP measured from the factory... So it's probably not a full 400 hp at the wheels... Plus that was a factory 400hp... So I'm sure you could improve on that & make it even MORE of a beast...

also...theres only a fair amount of "stock" evos. the majority of the evo owners all mod them as they are bitten by the modding bug. the RA can hit 300fwhp....the evo can hit what is the highest evo right now? 745awhp? its all about the full potential of each car, not a moded vs stock.
