Are you saying you want something like the KYB AGX replacement strut kits? Which are adjustable rate on the rebound etc but stock setup in positioning?

Yeah, something like that. When I lower my car more than 1.5" I want a strut that's a lot less likely to blow because of it.

OKay for those wanting it - first photos of the prototypes are now uploaded ot the site. The next version of these will be utilising longer pipes before merging and we will still be testing the two different pipe diameters of 1 5/8 and 1 3/4" for optimium results.

Just to add to this as I know how busy Mitsiman is I thought I had better expand on what Mitsiman has said.

I took a drive to check out the car and was not sure as to what to expect when I got there.... it was rather shocking to see the car in so many peices and I think he could see my distress.. the car had so many parts off and missing I have never seen anything like it she was almost fully exposed... naked almost as she just sat there not looking happy at all... but like Mitsiman pointed out to me, even thou she looks kinda sad and pathetic he assured me that she was not in any pain in fact quiet the opposite they have put her in a temporary coma whilst they intiate some delicate brain surgery and it should only be a matter of a week when they give her some electirc shock therepy to kick start her but they also managed to find out what her main problem was he calls it OEM's.... he showed me the offending pieces that have been removed and then showed me the replacement parts and I can now see why she was struggling to breathe... and having seen the new A.M.P's ( aftermarket parts) she will very soon be back on her feet and flying around like she is meant to be

I chose not to include pics for this thread due to the sensitive nature of them but they can be sighted on my cardomain site

Okay, which lancer (of the 2118 lancers on cardomain) is yours? I checked your profile but.... It has the same links as your sig, nothing more. Anything like a name or user id (or maybe a direct link) would be most appreciated. I promise I'm over 18 and can look at big boy pics too

Thanks!

Sorry no developments this week. We had three different car type meets on this weekend speedway, circuit racing and drag racing and had to finish cars for each. We just finished a 4G92 Mivec lancer with a set of our qauds, stage 2 rally cams and ported head with a haltech, picked up 20hp and 30ft/pd torque at the wheels on the initial tune. Very vey happy with that especially when we have only pulled it to 6000 rpm so far. Can't wait till we get some more km on it and take it all the way to 9000 rpm.

The blue lancer hiding in our shop will be focused on next week now that we have finished these other jobs. Should have some major progress reports on it middle to end of next week.
