[QUOTE=lanzerralliart;9969355]I have always liked the car to have speed and handling neither astronomical but evenly balanced for usability ,yet always have that ace(nitrous) in my back pocket. IMO

i would love to do nitrous i just dont know what i would need.

3.8L Gas Engine, Complete Unit $1,470.00 - $1,582.00
3.8L Automatic Transmission, 5 spd AUTOSTICK $873.00 - $1,123.00
Fabrication: axles, motor mounts, misc $1,500.00 - $2,000.00

$3843.00 - $4705.00 + $1000.00 for unforeseeable stuff.

This is a total ballpark figure I haven't done any serious research at all. I have to use an automatic, no clutch for this cool cat.

But it's becoming a trend.....
I need more information on this swap, is this one in PR like the others?

So I was right

And yeah this one is in PR. You wanna learn about the swap ? The info is out there problem being is it's mostly in Spanish. So ,como es tu espanol ? The guy in the front of the lancer is a member here he just isn't on very much. He is always working with the PR tuner scene.

There is a swapped 4g63 around here in Miami from what I've been told and he is in the low 12s nearly stock. I'm thinking LS6, **** it and a 150 shot , bring it.

^^an LS motor in that galant of yours might be better fit...
(and probably just as much fabrication, cutting and fitting, with a bit more room to do it all in...lol)

I'm a nut for engine swaps, 2000 Civic H22A, 1988 Fiero 383ci, one day 3.8L Sportback?

I like the idea. No hablan a español, sin embargo hace Google. I am working another project for the Lancer so an engine swap is several years off.

There you are Edwin

I was wondering when you were going to post up. But would you mind posting up some info on this swap as you are our only real resource for this info. Do you have anymore pictures?

I'm sure you will be getting pummeled with pm's soon enough so post up anything you can up here. My biggest current questions are ,

What are you doing for fuel management?

What did you use for motor mounts, welding involved?

What trans , 6g75? 6 or auto ?
