To my knowledge, the only person who's dyno'd a fully loaded NA Ralliart is PR_Mivec, and he broke 200. Some of his stuff is custom, though. Just the RRM stuff will get you near 200, but probably won't break it yet.

with all the standard bolt ons you should be about 170-180ish whp

with some tweaks you could probably hit 200hp, which might be enough to get 13.9 NA

Not even close to high 13's at 200whp. I'm a lousy driver but I'm not a full second of screw-up time down the 1320. Expect mid 14's if you're on top of everything. The reason EVO's run 13's is AWD, traction makes a huge difference.

Ralliart on LSD has all the n/a rrm mods, talk to him, althought i dont think hes gone to a dyno. PR_mivec has alot of mods too, but some are DIY if thats your flavor talk to him.

I firts dynoed the car stock, for 144.7 hp and 145 tq. After installing Injen intake and DP, the numbers went up to 167 hp and 166 tq. After that , I added the piggy, Evo Joe's pulley and a 2.25 piping for 182 hp and 179 tq....

The piping i tought that robbed me a couple of horses because the muffler had a very big opening, like 3.5 inches, a Magnaflow straight muffler and I took the little silencer off, taking away a bit of back pressure. I think our cars need a little back pressure to build torque a bit earlier. If not, dont expect to beat anything until you shift to fourth gear

yah... its going to hurt your car in the long run...

also all the na mods u can get from RRM would put you above 170whp mark, but depending on where you live (temp/humidty/altitude/etc) it could put u over 180whp mark.

Best thing to do is look at the 4g94 and try to compare, even tho the RA has mivec which causes you to gain a little more over the 4g94 per mod.

it shouldn't be affected all too much... when i was turbo'd i was getting the same amount of gas mileage no problem... it just depends on how u drive... if you keep flooring it... then yah your going to get crappy mileage.
