ROCK alway beats Paper and Scissors! As for dynos, we dyno more than all other manufacturers combined. We do not have a N/A Ralliart around so hard to do dynos for every item and every combination out there of parts. We do dynos when it makes most sense to do so. Otherwise people want dyno for taillights! Dyno passes cost money too. OUr volume of products is such that if we dynoed everything prices of those items would go up. In other instances we give conservative estimates or direct people to read dynoes off of EVOM by independent customers. Seems to be working fine for most people.
