Manny's answer is appropriate. Honestly, the amount of power you can make is only limited by your budget. Your question is too open ended.

well the holy grail is anything beyond 200, is doable i did it, but you need a lot of $ to get there...

do the basics:
cai
header
exhaust
pulley
then go complicated:
port'n' polish head, cut it a little (to raise compression) and port and polish the IM
do a overbore of the stock TB (make it a tad bigger or make one form scratch)
do a return line and put in an FPR
piggy or stand alone (i went microtech before i sold the car)

and if you are as crazy as i am drop 75 more and you might scratch the 290hp

if you want any whip lash in your car type power you have to get some kind of FI. this isn't a v8 we're talking about. with the money spent trying to get huge power going na, your better off doing turbo.

160 isn't whp.....we talk whp on here, not crank hp numbers the manufacturer publishes to sell cars.
Stock whp is like 130-135......so to dyno at 200 you would have to gain 65-70 hp, not 40. PR Mivec has proven it is possible. You just need to get "creative". I believe he ended up slapping a 75 shot of N2O later on too.
