question about removing cat...
im looking to remove my cat but what is the cel eliminators i heard about? i was just going to have a guy i know swap a pipe for the cat, is there more to it? should i go with the rrm cat elim?
You don't need the cel elim, but your light will be forever on. If you just swap a straight pipe for the cat, you won't have a place to screw in your O2 sensor.
I think a better alternative is to wait until you can afford the RRM header/dp/highflow cat/cat back combo. Then you'll be legit and it won't sound like crap.

You should use an O2 simulator (secondary) search for them in ebay they cost around 25$ and they let you remove the whole catalytic and the sensor. Just remember is you are gonna remove the sensor entirely you would need a O2 simulator and a heater resistor both will be available from the same seller search for it.

If you are going turbo please do not use the spark pulg non-fouler fix cause your A/F ratios will be around 12:0 and your fix might get the cel light too use the O2 simulator is better and you get to remove the O2 entirely and use a straight pipe (perhaps 2.5 like my setup and VTA wastegate)
how do you remove it entirely? i was planing to go straight pipe when i get my turbo. can the stock exhaust set up be used with a turbo? like could i go have a kit installed and then do the pipe later?
If you want to remove it completely(the 2nd O2 sensor) you should buy a O2 simulator and it's heater resistance PM me and I will give you the link for that. If you are going turbo I don't recomend using the stock exhaust even with no Cat. cause you will need more flow= more diameter. I am runnin a 2.5" straight pipe with a 3" straight muffler and a 3"resonator. My wategate is Vented to Atmosphere so It does not adds to the stock flow.
