i came across this while looking on rpw's site. just wanted to see if its a good mod, if anyone has experience with this setup, etc?

IMO, I think it's a waste of money. That kind of mod is intended for someone who's going nuts with NA mods (think deck the head, hi-comp pistons, aggressive cam, etc) and just can't get enough air in through a single TB. You'd need a stand-alone ECU to control it, too.

IIRC mitsiman already responded to an inquiry about this. It will not work for the 4g69, I do not know why they have decided to list it in their products but I do remember him commenting on this somewhere... If I can find the link I'll paste it.
i was doing a quad setup but i could not get the motor to engage the flaps....
i used the tbodies from a suzuki gsx1300 and some imagination... it worked manually but when i bolted in the motor it was too much for it...

one motor and four throttle plates? did you try using two or more motors? I have been toying with the idea of a custom intake manifold, but haven't started the research yet. It just seems like the side input design is so inefficient for the #1 chamber
