The Lancer Oz and the Lancer Ralliart has canbus system ? Coud you read it out with the 1.41 ecuflash and the openport 2.0 ?

I shouldn't have but I decided to swap out the turbo for one with a slightly larger wheel. A little mis-communication with the turbo guy but he upgraded the exhaust side too and it's now a 5 bolt instead of a 7. Now I've got to make a new downpipe. Soon as that's done and back on the car I'm aiming to clean up the tune a little and get some dyno numbers for you guys. Will also be a good test to show how adaptable the factory ECU is for different turbo selections.

The newer ones are canbus. ECUFlash will not read them. The code in the ECU is significantly different than the existing models. The 2009 is similar though.

Thank You, and the Lancer ralliart ecu is the MH8302F which is unable to read ?
I have an european Mitsu, the Outlander turbo canbus and MH8202F ecu, what do you think the MH8202F is readable ?

 

We've got to put our heads together a little here. Over on Club4G.org we've been working on figuring this stuff out for a couple years. So far we think the processor is a Renesas SH-2A.

This is out of a 2007 6G75 Eclipse GT. Look familiar?

For those trying to figure out what MCU it is, try looking up the datasheets to determine what processor this is. Pay special attention to how many pins there are and you will discover which one it is not. I had to pay a great deal of money for the proper datasheets for this chip.

Most likely it's a Renesas M32R chip. There isn't a whole lot of options in the 240pin territory.
