when the car died... 105k

hoping tonight to get all the issues resolved.

Where should i be measuring on the torque converter for this? at first I was measuring at the end of the gear to the housing but that only was at 7mm. Should i be measuring towards the middle of the T.C.?

ALSO what is that little block thing where they're measuring from? I don see anything like that on the converter

QUESTION: There's a sensor on the back of the engine (DIRECT CENTER) that had a wire sticking out of it that connected to some plug. What is that? I kind of ripped the wires apart when attempting to pull the engine out and probably need to buy a new one. I thought i read somewhere it was the oil pressure sending unit but I heard that was the other one that was more towards the transmission side so i wasnt completely sure.
You probably know the answer by now but it is the knock sensor.

to be honest i was without the car for so long that i forgot what it felt like to drive w/ the stock cam. so i dont believe i'll be able to give an accurate review of the rrm cam. however from the feel of it so far it feels like the car wants to launch everytime i put on the gas even a little bit.... but thats probably from the BLOX mount as well as BS elimination giving a faster revs but who knows

I gotta feeling the BS eliminator gives more gains than most people think. Son of a ***** is heavy. your taking alot of weight out of the rotational mass, freeing up alot of horsepower.

I just checked up on the thread, and i'm really REALLY glad you got the crank installed. You were getting me worried there. Making me think galant and ralliart 4g69's are different lol.
