Rough Idle.

Hey guys, my wife's 05 ralliart is idling rough after it warms up it starts to go a little above 1k rpms and down to 100 rpms it keeps doing it. could it be a miss fire or could it be throttle sensor? please help. Thanks everyone.

Try cleaning the MAF and buying a new air filter. Reset your computer (disconnecting neg terminal for 10 mins). Start car after and let idle for 15 mins.

That definitely wasn't the problem, i' m just going to take it to the dealer. It's still under warranty. Thanks for the advice bro.

I would also check your valve lash, tight valves are never good and could affect the idle for sure.

It was the throttle body and intake manifold. Just cleaned it up, now it's working fine.

So you took out the tb and intake manny and cleaned it?

Yea me and a friend of mine took it out, cleaned it before we took it to the dealer and it fixed the problem. Thanks guys for all the suggestions.
